Styletag Appoints Michael Adnani As CEO

Women’s fashion and lifestyle portal Styletag appointed Michael Adnani as chief executive officer. Adnani comes from Flipkart, where he was vice president of the commerce platform and headed strategic brand alliances. At Flipkart, he spearheaded strategy, marketing, products and technology, as well as led fundraising rounds. Adnani holds over 30 years of experience in retail and ecommerce, merchandising, management, marketing and sales from his earlier association with Flipkart, Sears Holdings, Nextag, Overstock, and other companies.

Stayzilla Appoints Gopalakrishnan As VP Of Products

Online budget accommodation company Stayzilla appointed Chandramouli Gopalakrishnan, former director of products at Goibibo, as vice-president of products. He is a seasoned engineer and product management leader with focus on global team management, customer experiences, product planning, tech negotiation skills, and an overall influencer. He has over 12 years of experience in setting up and managing teams with a cross-geographic presence. Prior to Stayzilla, he has worked with GoIbibo, Synopsys and Microsoft.

POKKT Appoints Kaye Quema as Associate Vice President, APAC

Mobile video advertising platform POKKT is strengthening its foothold in South East Asian region by bringing digital solutions advertising expert Kaye Quema on board. With over 9 years of experience in Ad Sales and Operations, Kaye joins POKKT as Associate Vice President, APAC region. POKKT has offices and sales teams in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam & Philippines and Kaye’s appointment will accelerate POKKT’s rapid expansion in the SEA markets significantly going forward. Based in Singapore, Kaye brings with her, regional experience in the digital advertising industry to the table. She will be responsible for delivering scale in mobile and video advertising and will be reporting to Rohit Sharma, Founder & CEO, POKKT.

Jabong’s CPO Saurabh Goel Quits

Saurabh Goel has quit as the chief product officer (CPO) of Jabong to launch his own venture in the financial technology space, after serving almost eight months in the company. Goel was roped in as part a senior management overhaul that the company made last year before Sanjeev Mohanty came on board as the new chief executive officer and managing director. Goel confirmed the development adding that his startup, Prosperx.com, will be launched in July. It will be a marketplace for financial products like mutual funds, insurance etc.

GaadiFix Strengthens Its Leadership Team

GaadiFix, one stop solution for all vehicle related requirements, announced the appointment of Sudam Maitra and Robert D Austin as members of Board of Advisory. Both Sudam Mitra and Robert Austin are industry veterans and bring with them more than 50 years of experience.

Sudam Maitra is an automobile industry expert and was associated with Maruti Suzuki for more than 30 years. He has a robust experience in the areas of manufacturing, quality, engineering, after sales service & supply chain.

Robert D Austin is an ex Ford Motor Company executive and is a professor of Management of Innovation and Digital Transformation at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). He has been a part of Harvard Business School for more than a decade and has helped transform numerous MNCs/ tech oriented firms through his teachings & experiences.
