Bengaluru-based InnovationQore, on Thursday (February 13), announced that it has selected 25 startups as winners for the first cohort of the Turbostart programme.

For this cohort, InnovationQore had received over one thousand applications from startups working across 15 sectors from 157 cities of around 25 countries. The selection committee which shortlisted these startups included the investment committee, management team and advisory board of InnovationQore. Each selected startup will receive initial funding of up to $1 Mn.

Founder and CEO of InnovationQore Ganesh Raju said that these startups will also be provided with assistance in-product positioning, entity structuring, brand and digital strategy, along with services such as advice on tax, legal, marketing, and sales.

Among the startup applications for InnovationQore Turbostart, most were from the fintech segment. “Applications also came in from the edutech sector which is on growing rapidly in India. Other sectors that made it to the winning list included legaltech, social impact, B2C, low code animation, product, media-tech, healthtech, and foodtech,” Raju added.

Speaking about future plans of InnovationQore, Raju said that Turbostart will run twice a year, with winners being announced in January and July every year. “The path of development will be made smooth for these entrepreneurs by providing them with an open, flexible and accessible environment that later prepares them for the next stage of funding,” he added.

Here are the 25 winner startups of InnovationQore’s Turbostart

Bengaluru-based D-Bookstore is an edtech startup that publishes, distributes, and sells ebooks on the online website. These ebooks are related to educational institutions, professors, publishers and students around the world.

DOQFY is a legaltech startup which helps in organising legal documents on the AI-based platforms. The Bengaluru-based startup also offers professional legal services to the remotest part of India.

Deeptech startup Sciative Solutions develops automated dynamic price optimisation systems. The Mumbai-based startup leverages technologies such as big data, AI and machine learning for offering price optimisation software.

Deeptech startup Tathya Earth uses technologies such as machine learning and computer vision technologies to provide near real-time factual insights on economic indicators. The startup also uses satellite imagery data to bring economic indicators on a real-time map.

Logistic startup Transo is a logistic platform that uses internet-of-things (IoT) technology to help companies get connected with verified truckers, transporters, fleet owners, agents, brokers, and shippers.

Bengaluru-based regulatory technology platform PiChain provides compliance solutions through its cognitive compliance platform. It uses AI and blockchain technologies to offer their clients with compliance solutions.

Edtech startup LearnCab provides video lectures to students preparing for examinations such as charted accountant, company secretary, and certified management accountant.

Social impart startup Sightryt Vision aims to offer appropriate access to eyecare solutions in Tier 2 cities.

KahaniBox is an interactive storytelling platform that allows users to decide what will happen next in the story.

California-based Argoid is a deeptech startup that offers autonomous consumer insights. The tech-enabled platform uses AI, consumer insights, and autonomous AI/ML to improve accuracy.

Placements365 is a placement automation software. The startup eases the recruitment process for its client’s placement manager to connect them with students.

Zoodify is a group communication platform that also allows users to have parallel chat rooms as well. The startup also claims that user privacy is maintained on the platform.

Lucknow-based Edugorilla is an edtech startup that helps its users to prepare for competitive exams by offering mock tests on the online platform.

Logistic startup NebulARC manages the supply chain process through an asset lifecycle management.

Goldseat is a media and entertainment startup that offers users to watch movies and shows offline while travelling on a bus.

Bengaluru-based healthtech startup Shilps Sciences solves issues related to gene editing by accelerating single gene cell applications with higher yields.

Edtech startup Quiznext helps students to learn maths and science concepts in an interesting and engaging manner. As of now, it caters to CBSE and ICSE board students.

Smartpuja provides on-demand priests for performing rituals at home, offices, and other places. As of now, the startup operates only in Bengaluru.

Deeptech startup Fluid Robotics offers water resource management solutions. The startup leverages technologies such as robotics and AI to provide these solutions.

SaaS startup Transportal offers its clients with various logistics solutions such as query management, booking management, invoicing management, among others.

Healthtech startup Carditek manufactures 12 lead patch wearable ECG which the company claims has the potential to change the way how ECGs are taken currently.

Bengaluru-based healthtech startup Irillic provides fluorescent imaging for real-time blood and lymph imaging with made in India medical equipment.

Foodtech startup Gokhana simplifies the dining experience. The Bengaluru-based startup helps users to order their food from the mobile application when dining at a restaurant or a food court.
