Supported by IvyCap Ventures, Laiqa is set to grow its user base and enhance its lineup of sustainable health products, blending modern techniques with Ayurvedic wisdom.

Gurugram-based femtech startup Laiqa Wellness has raised INR 15 Cr ($ 1.8 Mn) in its seed funding round from IvyCap Ventures. 

The startup plans to use the fresh capital to build tech-based solutions for personalised hormonal health tracking and AI-driven recommendations. 

Founded in 2023 by Monica Bindra, Harmeet Bindra and Meenakshi Singh, Laiqa offers cycle-synced, personalised care for hormonal imbalance-driven conditions such as PCOS, thyroid disorders and insulin resistance.

The MyLAIQA app uses AI algorithms to suggest lifestyle adjustments, Ayurveda-based diet and fitness plans synced to each user’s menstrual cycle.

“With the support of IvyCap Ventures we aim to grow our community, and continue innovating sustainable products and services that truly make a difference in women’s lives,” the founders said in a joint statement.

Vikram Gupta, founder and managing partner of IvyCap Ventures, said, “Their unique approach, combining modern science with Ayurveda, sets them apart in the market.”

Laiqa’s funding comes amid growing investor interest in the Indian femtech sector. The market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 17.8% and reach a revenue of approximately $3,875.8 Mn by 2030, according to a report by Grand View Research.
