New Delhi and Amsterdam-based Online Payments and ecommerce solution provider, Newgen Payments has secured undisclosed amount of funding from Jan Manten. He is Co-founder and former CEO of GlobalCollect, a leading global online payments company.

Before that, Jan served in Treasury and Cash Management positions at international corporations and a bank. Currently, he is an investor and holds board positions at a number of startups in various segments.

Newgen provides a 360° approach in taking brick-and-mortar merchants online quickly and seamlessly. It is focused on addressing crucial market by helping international merchants enter the Indian ecommerce market, as well as bringing Indian merchants online.
