Delhi-based IndiQus Technologies has acquired data analytics startup Dartboard Analytics, in an all-stock deal. The particulars of the deal remain undisclosed.

With this acquisition, IndiQus Technologies aims to enhance its product portfolio and provide an analytics solution for cloud-based platforms. Following the deal, the Dartboard Analytics founder(s) would join IndiQus’ leadership team, as per an official statement.

Launched in 2016 by Kshitish Purohit, Dartboard Analytics is a performance analytics and reporting solution for sales, support, and customer operations. The startup helps teams enhance their performance with advanced insights that drive efficiency and revenue. It generates easy to understand reports on deals, tickets, team, and organisations to further enhance productivity.”

Kshitish Purohit, founder, Dartboard Analytics said, “Dartboard Analytics started with the aim to break various data silos and give informational control to customer operations teams. For us, it made perfect sense to integrate our teams and products tightly to build a platform that integrates all facets of running a successful cloud business. With the merged setup, we now get to drive together with a converged vision for enterprise tech that goes much beyond software and into truly smart applications of technology.”

On the other hand, IndiQus Technologies was established in 2013 in Delhi. It is a boutique IT consulting and services company, enabling organisations across the globe to leverage their IT infrastructure to deliver maximum value.

Commenting on the acquisition, Sunando Bhattacharya, CEO, IndiQus Technologies said, “Being a bootstrapped and revenue-funded company, we have always looked at working with people who add significant value to our proposition. We started working with the Dartboard team on a partnership model initially, but quickly saw tremendous synergies and decided to acquire them. Not only does this acquisition provide a quantum jump to our product roadmap, but also fills some critical talent gaps in our team.”

Additionally, IndiQus Technologies has also announced the launch of apiculus CSP, its cloud business platform software, that will allow cloud service providers to sell ‘anything as a service’ (XaaS) and create a 360-degree customer engagement. Apiculus CSP mainly targets emerging markets with modular and plugins-based architecture. As per an official statement, the software is already being used by a few telecom companies as their primary cloud business portal.

Commenting upon the software launch, K B Shiv Kumar, CTO, IndiQus Technologies said, “Apiculus is a versatile platform capable of integrating disparate API-driven services to deliver a converged API set with workflow automation and predictive analytics. It has a modular, plug-n-play architecture that enables massive scalability and availability.”

Dartboard is IndiQus’ second acquisition in the last two years. In April 2016, IndiQus acquired shopping assistance startup Amicus in an all-stock deal.

In October 2016, Bengaluru- and US-based data science company Impact Analytics secured $750K in a funding round led by Aarin Capital. In November 2016, data analytics startup Scienaptic secured an undisclosed amount in investment from Pramod Bhasin, former Nasscom Chairman and founder, Genpact.
