India Internet Day (IID) is back with its this year’s edition which will be held on April 17, 2015 at The Leela Ambience, Gurgaon. IID is one of the most influential leadership conferences in the internet industry in India, that aims to look at the long term horizon and paradigm shifts in the internet industry globally. The event facilitates a platform to promote entrepreneurship and startup culture by engaging in a series of discussions, conferences, and panel discussions between successful entrepreneurs and interested professionals.

The event is focused on discussing “Vision 2020” for the internet industry in India, in confluence with entrepreneurs, investors, and young professionals. The forum will be a host for folks from all over India to educate and explore the changing internet economy and its potential opportunities.

IID2015 has a very special session “Food for Thought”, one of the most valuable features in terms of the takeaway for the young entrepreneurs, this is a Power Breakfast where there is a Star Round Tables with one successful entrepreneur, one investor mentoring/ interacting over breakfast with 7 – 8 young startup entrepreneurs. It’s ideal for an early morning dose of inspiration for young entrepreneurs.

The breakfast will be with eminent speakers from Accel Partners, Qualcomm Ventures, Blume venture Advisors, IvyCap ventures, Matrix Partners, IDG Ventures and Kalaari Capital.

This will be followed by the keynote shared by Deepinder Goyal, CEO, Zomato and Emanuel DeSousa, Global Head of Internet & Media Investment Banking, Deutsche Bank.

The second session will be a discussion on “Shaping Regulations for Disruptive Businesses” led by Alok Bansal, co-founder, Policybazaar.com and Prashant Tandon, founder, Healthcart.com and “Mobile Payments” led by Dev Khare, MD, LightSpeed Ventures, and Bipin Preet Singh, founder, Mobikwik.

The third session “The Better Next” will open up the successful entrepreneurial stories for those who have the quest to learn and grow bigger. This session will be led by Dhruv Agarwal, CEO, Proptiger.com; Hitesh Dhingra, Co-Founder, TrulyMadly.com; Ishita Swarup, Co-Founder, 99Labels.com; and Manmohan Agarwal, Entrepreneur.

The other major highlight will be IDAY.EXPO: NEXT-GEN TECH @CYBERHUB, GURGAON. The expo is showcasing companies that will redefine the way we use technology in next few years. The exhibition intends to connect Technology Innovators, Evangelist & Prospective Users.
