So, all around Bangalore, Hyperlocal delivery startups are flourishing and they are definitely helping other businesses out by bridging the gap between stores that don’t have home delivery options.

At JuiceMaker, we are on a mission to provide everyone healthy juice. We believe, the best can be done only by implementing changes based on customer feedback that we receive.

We are already training our juice makers and placing them in juice shops around the city so that customers can have JuiceMaker branded fresh and healthy juices. We are trying to change the traditional outlook the of juice shops, something like what Cafe Coffee Day did 20 years back, by serving coffee which was usually consumed in local chai shops.

We have been benefiting a lot from startups and would like to share some interesting insights.

It was amazing to observe that, there has been an increasing trend of people opting for healthy juices. This has made us curious and forced us to think about, how  can we cater to our customers.

We were focusing on Juice Subscriptions and managed more than 250 subscriptions in first month of our website launch www.juicemaker.in and were even covered on Yourstory.com.

This has changed things drastically. Our orders through TinyOwl, Swiggy, FoodPanda and Lookup increased within a short span of time.

We nearly got 396 orders on a single day just through TinyOwl and currently, we are Number 1 on the application in Koramangala with amazing user ratings.

We won the user choice awards from Lookup !

Appreciation- a powerful tool that motivates a person. Thank you Lookup for honoring us with the User’s Choice Awards.

Swiggy has also helped us out in improving the business and we were getting nearly 100+orders every day through Swiggy.

The advantage of working with Hyper local delivery startups is  Big Data. This is a treasure, as we now can identify the favorite juices that customer needs and at what time a user orders juice.

For example, on a Sunday, there was a huge demand for detox juices. Also, there was a big user group who used to order juices/ health shakes before and after Gym.

Most of the ladies prefer to start their day with a glass of juice delivered to their offices and on the contrary, men prefer it in the evening, i.e. after the office.

The data allowed us to understand our customers a little better and provide them with great quality and services.
