Venture Studio Headstart Network Foundation is all set to host its fourth annual summit, HSX 2023, on September 30, 2023, in Bengaluru. Themed around “Back to Basics” — the one-day event will bring together early to late stage startup founders, venture capitalists, incubators, accelerators, corporate leaders and government officials, under one roof.

To be organised in collaboration with Bengaluru-based SAP Startup Studio, HSX 2023 will feature over 35 speakers, 30+ startup stalls, more than five workshops and seven pre-event programmes, with an expected attendance of over 1,000 participants.

The speaker lineup includes — Deena Jacob, CFO and cofounder of OPEN Financial Technologies; Kalpit Jain, CEO of Netcore Cloud; Dinesh Pai from Rainmatter; Naiyya Saggi, cofounder of The Good Glamm Group; Arjun Vaidya, cofounder of Dr Vaidya’s, among others. 

“HSX’s vision is to provide a common platform for aspiring entrepreneurs and investors to explore growth opportunities. The initiative also aligns with our mission of fostering a collaborative and innovative entrepreneurial community,” according to the Headstart Network Foundation. 

The event will feature panel discussions, workshops, networking sessions and a startup pitching programme that will represent startups from different states. It will also introduce ‘Beyond,’ an initiative aimed at helping startups expand globally by establishing trade ties with regulatory bodies from countries such as the Emirates, Singapore and Dubai.

Previous editions of HSX have featured prominent names like Kunal Shah of Cred, Vidit Aatrey of Meesho and others. The event attracted thousands of participants, ecosystem partners, mentoring sessions, and volunteers from across the country.

During the Bharat Pitchathon 2.0 — more than 250 startups from different states will pitch their business models to an audience of over 30 investors and 40+ incubators, including Indian Angel Network, 100X.VC, LetsVenture, Chennai Angels and more. 

Headstart Network Foundation was founded in 2007 by Amit Singh and Netra Parikh. What began as a local initiative has now expanded beyond borders, with a presence in over 23 cities across India and globally in countries like Finland, Dubai and Germany.

It claims to have impacted 15,000+ ventures by organising more than 3,000+ startup networking events. It also claims that these networking events have facilitated over 2 Lakh connections. It has a network of 500 volunteers, 750+ investors and mentors and 150+ incubator supporters with a community of  50,000 members.
