Haywards 5000, an iconic brand from SABMiller Group, has announced 11 finalists for its “Haywards 5000 Hauslay Ki Udaan” entrepreneurship program.
Hauslay ki Udaan is an initiative under the Haywards 5000 Hausla Buland Academy that solely focuses on inspiring and mentoring young entrepreneurs with expert’s guidance to help bring alive their business ideas.
The program aims at supporting rapidly growing entrepreneurial spirit of India.
Out of 11 finalists, Haywards will select one winner this weekend and will award a seed fund of about $22 K (INR 15 lakh).
Here are 11 finalists that made it to Haywards 5000 Hauslay Ki Udaan:
Midnight Hunger Solutions: Based out of Bangalore, Midnight Hunder is a late night food delivery startup. It delivers after 11 PM.
Kaarmic Education Services: Kaarmic is a social enterprise which concentrates on educating and empowering the youths to build a more employable India.
SnackExperts: The startup is an online healthy snack ordering platform that provides nutritious, wholesome and Portion informed snacking options.
TechEra Securities: The startup is a cyber security & product based company that has come forward for cyber awareness initiative for the people.
Phylo: The startup is hyperlocal advertising and mcommerce platform which enables small and large businesses to provide location based contextual ads and deals to their customers.
Medimojo: The startup is a digital healthcare platform, providing integration between the patients, doctors and diagnostics. Patients can get easy access to doctors for home visits and diagnostics basis geo-location tracking.
TruckSuvidha: The startup aims to improve the demand and supply with influx of technology and aims at providing realtime availability of loads.
Cashless.im: It is a consumer App to facilitate online payments, making virtual payments seamless.
Geogis Techonlogies: The startup provides prominent solutions in the field of Spatial Mapping through the use of GIS Application.
Bina Dudh Ki Dairy: A venture started to rear at least 100 cows amidst 20 -25 villages. Aso, using their waste (Gobar and Gomutra) to produce products like eco friendly idols, mosquito coils, flower pots, Biogas, distilled cow urine, etc.
Fablox: The company produces bricks through automated process, and will provide services for the shaping of bricks.
The finalists were shortlisted from over 600 entries over the last three months. The startups were judged by entrepreneurs like Sumit Jain, co-founder & CEO of Commonfloor.com, Vivek Singh, co-founder & CFO of Tone Tag, Naidu Darapaneni, founder & CEO of Meraevents.com, Santhosh Karnananda, CEO of MeraEnglish.com, Sunil Subramaniam, CEO of Sundaram Finance.
Haywards 5000 Hauslay Ki Udaan was carried out in 10 cities in five states across India including Pondicherry, Secunderabad, Amrawati, Nagpur, Gurgaon, Rohtak, Hisar, Mohali and Ludhiana.
