Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is helping enterprises increase personalisation in their marketing campaigns, Bobble AI founder Ankit Prasad said at Inc42’s ‘The GenAI Summit’.

“With the help of GenAI, we are seeing a significant increase in personalisation in marketing,” Prasad said in a panel discussion on the topic “The New Marketing Paradigms In A GenAI World”.

It is pertinent to mention that like various job functions, GenAI is being extensively used for marketing as well. Enterprises are leveraging the technology to improve their marketing campaigns and reach.

Talking about the impact of GenAI on marketing, Prasad said earlier companies used to have a repository of content for marketing which was mapped with their customer insights. However, now they just need a GenAI tool to generate real-time content. The companies then leverage the customer data with them for personalised marketing.

InVideo cofounder Anshul Khandelwal said that enterprises want more hypertracking and personalisation now, and GenAI is helping them with this.

Echoing similar sentiment, Mobavenue founder Ishank Joshi said GenAI tools are helping marketers customise creatives for their customers, resulting in almost 3X improvement in performance of a marketing campaign.

Joshi added that enterprises are now training GPTs to improve their content generation.

“With so much content coming in, the importance of filtration will increase,” said Tilakraj Parmar, cofounder and CEO of QX Lab AI.

He added that GenAI can also help companies understand the right time to push a particular content on the web.

Meanwhile, Prasad added that GenAI is also helping bring down marketing costs for companies.

At a time when the adoption of GenAI is increasing across industries, ‘The GenAI Summit’ hosted a number of industry leaders and experts to decode the impact of the technology on fintech, ecommerce, among other sectors.

Presented by Inc42 and Microsoft, co-presented by Invideo and QX Lab AI and supported by partners such as Venture Catalysts, Google Cloud, Mobavenue, MongoDB, and Peak XV, The GenAI Summit took place in Bengaluru on April 3rd.
