Overcart.com – The startup raised undisclosed amount in funding led by K. Ganesh who typically invests $500,000 and $2.5 Mn in early stage startups for a minority stake. It is an online marketplace for over-stock, unboxed, refurbished, and pre-owned products.
Roposo – It had raised undisclosed amount of funds from India Quotient, 5 Ideas Startup Superfuel and Flipkart cofounder Binny Bansal. The total funds raised by it has reached to $ 1 Mn i.e. Rs 6 Cr. It is a startup recommendation platform, It is a fashion-focused social-network for women to discover & shop products and trends that are liked, curated, updated real-time from across the web.
Helpshift – It had raised $10 Mn in Series A Funding Led By Intel Capital. It is a mobile CRM provider and it also includes an in-app mobile messaging experience for users to communicate via short messages about problems they are facing.
Cleartax– It raised an undisclosed funding from Y Combinator. As the name suggests it makes taxation process easy and simple.
Videonetics Technologies Pvt– The startup had raised undisclosed amount in Series A from GenNext Ventures. The company is engaged in developing video analytics software products for video surveillance systems. Its offerings include security solutions, intelligent vice management server and others.
Capital Float: Bangalore-based Capital Float had raised Rs12 Cr in funding from Aspada Investment Company in India. Capital Float provides working capital loans to the under-served small businesses in India via a technology-led origination and credit underwriting platform.
