Looking to cash in on the iPhone 15 mania, telecom operator Reliance Jio and quick commerce platform Blinkit have launched offerings to woo Apple users.

Jio announced that customers purchasing iPhone 15 from Reliance Retail’s offline and online stores will be eligible for complimentary benefits worth INR 2,394 (INR 399 plan available for free for six months). The offer will be applicable for new prepaid activations on plans priced north of INR 149.

Under the complimentary plan, users will get access to 3 GB data per day, unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day. The new plan will be auto-credited in the account of new iPhone 15 users within 72 hours of inserting the new prepaid Jio SIM on the device.

Meanwhile, Blinkit began delivering the newly launched iPhone 15 to users within 10 minutes in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru.

The Zomato-owned company has joined hands with Apple reseller Unicorn Info Solutions to deliver the products. The announcement was made by Blinkit chief executive officer (CEO) Albinder Dhindsa on X, formerly Twitter.

“The all-new iPhone 15 is now available on Blinkit! We’ve partnered with @UnicornAPR again to make this a reality for Blinkit customers in Delhi NCR, Mumbai & Pune (for now). Super proud of the platform that can put the new iPhone in your hands on launch day in 10 minutes!” said Dhindsa.

The developments came on the day the newly launched iPhone series went on sale. While users lined up at the two Apple Stores in the country early in the morning, Blinkit began delivering the devices at the doorsteps of its customers later in the day.

As per reports, sales of Apple iPhone 15 are projected to have clocked a 100% growth compared to that of iPhone 14 series on the first day, led by high demand for the ‘Made in India’ iPhones.

The new iPhone 15 series includes four models – iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The devices were unveiled and opened for pre-booking earlier this month at the mega Apple event.

The iPhone 15 range starts at INR 79,900 and goes all the way up to INR 1.59 Lakh. A part of the production of the new devices also happened in India.
