Founders Meetup Comes To Hyderabad To Celebrate The IT City’s Early-Stage Startup Founders

Building a startup from the ground up is a painstaking task but as tedious as it is, it can also be fun. A very important part of this process is networking, sharing and engaging with your peers in the field. Providing a solution to this need for engagement and interaction between the founders is the Founders Meetup By Inc42.

Held bi-monthly, Founders Meetup has reached its ninth edition in Delhi and is being presented by Inc42 and HDFC bank with support from annual partners NetApp, AWS, and Times Internet, and event partner WeWork. The event will be held at WeWork in Gurugram on October 3, and to celebrate the rush of founders writing to us from other cities, we are hosting a twin event in India’s IT hub! Inc42 is going a step ahead and hosting the Founders Meetup in Hyderabad for the first time on October 11.

Over 40 early-stage founders, entrepreneurs and investors will converge at the CoWrks in Hyderabad to share their stories, early-stage experiences and learnings. The highlight of the evening is the session with Vivek Kapoor, cofounder of restaurant discovery and deals platform, Dineout⁠.

Founders Meetup not only brings early-stage startups an opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs, but they can also learn from the experiences of Kapoor through an interactive Q&A session. Starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2012, Kapoor has today established Dineout as one of the leading dining reservation platforms in India. After a round of successful angel investment, the startup was acquired by Times Internet group in 2014 and has grown leaps and bounds ever since.

And as always, the floor will be open for everyone to ask their question — no doubt or question is too insignificant in a startup’s journey.

The eighth edition last month—sponsored by NetApp and AWS, with CoWrks and Qdesk as community partners—was an evening full of insightful stories and interactions as Chaayos founder and CEO Nitin Saluja attended as the guest speaker. The evening was full of stories to draw inspiration from, along with drinks and food, to let the founders unwind and relax.

In Hyderabad, attendees will get to witness a similar evening, which aims to provide solutions to founder challenges, while also giving entrepreneurs a break from the daily grind. The venue for the event is CoWrks and it is scheduled to begin at 7:30 pm sharp!

The introductory price for the Founders Meetup on October 11 is INR 499, while the entry fee will increase to INR 999 after this introductory offer period.
