Former Flipkart and Cure.fit executive Neeraj Aggarwal has joined Binny Bansal’s new venture Xto10X as cofounder and chief operating officer.

In the last eight years, Aggarwal has worked with leading Indian startups like Ola, Flipkart and Cure.fit. During his two-year stint at healthtech startup Cure.fit, he was managing the food vertical — Eat.fit and prior to that, at Flipkart, he played a key role in scaling the company’s supply chain capabilities through Ekart.

He has also worked at tech giants like Oracle, Satyam, and Capgemini.

“Neeraj will join Xto10X Technologies as cofounder and COO where he will make fundamental contributions to building the company across all our offerings — products, services, and learning – to help us have a deep and fundamental impact across the startup ecosystem,” Krishnamurthy told ET.

With Xto10X, Binny and his team want to help startups all over the world transform product-market fit and initial business momentum into at-scale, world-class companies. With a focus on scaling startups rather than starting up himself, Binny Bansal had earlier said, “I would rather help 100 people do 100 things, but not a startup on my own. But that is the direction I will go forward in.”

At present, Xto10X has three types of offerings — a product suite across strategy and data science to execution; a learning platform with curated courseware, events and reference cases; and consulting and mentoring to help founders.

In the last few weeks, Ramya Segar and Satheesh K V have also joined Xto10X as general manager -services platform and general manager-people excellence respectively.
