Hyderabad-based online merchandise startup, MyDreamStore has raised funding of INR 1.8 Cr. led by a group of investors to disrupt custom merchandise segment in India.
The startup was launched by three NIT Allahabad graduates who quit their jobs in MNCs to create more value. Their first startup, eSparSha, was into custom merchandising successfully for the last 3 years. With a strong urge to use technology as an enabler and ease the process to make customized t-shirts for themselves, they came up with MyDreamstore.
“We’ve raised this funding from few Private Investors with common vision which we share. I feel this as validation for the efforts being put so far. We are highly indebted to everyone who are part of our journey so far. And we guarantee, this is just the beginning,” Says Karthik Venkat, co-founder, MyDreamstore.
MyDreamStore offers design support, advertising and consulting services also.
In an earlier interaction with Inc42, Kartik shared that in the next three years they target to see about 1000 campaigns being created each day and each campaign would contribute to a ticket size of INR 20000 on average. The startup is tied up with organizations like CRY, TFI, etc. and many more clubs.
