DocsApp Ropes In Ola’s Ashish Bajaj As Head Of Marketing

Chat-based doctor consultation platform, DocsApp, has appointed Ashish Bajaj as its Head of Marketing. Ashish, who previously was the Head of Media and Brand Alliance for Ola, comes with a strong marketing background and a diversified portfolio across verticals such as IT, advertising and consumer-tech. In his new role, he will be responsible for brand-building and driving the business growth for DocsApp.

During his 3.5-year with Ola, he was part of the company’s international expansion team and played an instrumental role in budget planning, developing media strategy across platforms and the execution of ATL and BTL activities. Ashish has also worked with industry behemoths like Nokia as a Marketing Manager and Microsoft. A BTech graduate from the prestigious PTU, Ashish holds an MBA degree from IILM, Gurgaon.

Licious Elevates Senior VP- Operations As Cofounder

Licious has announced a key rejig in its top management. Varun Sadana, Senior VP – Operations is appointed as a cofounder. The company, in their fifth year of operations, has set itself multiple ambitious targets which will call for strategic diversifications and expansions. Licious intends to elevate key management roles to aid this next phase of growth while empowering their employees by enabling newer growth prospects and wealth creation opportunities.

Varun has been associated with Licious for the last two years and have shown exceptional entrepreneurial attitude while driving the brand’s quality standards and regulatory compliance. With over 15 years of industry experience, Varun brings with him an extensive knowledge about the market and nuanced understanding of the brand- both considered crucial for Licious at this juncture.

Prior to joining Licious, Varun worked with Snapdeal as the company’s Vice President – Category Management – Electronics at their New Delhi office.

Digisol Appoints Its Head Of Marketing

IT Networking products provider Digisol Systems Ltd. has appointed Krushna Garkhede as Head of Marketing. In his role, Krushna will drive the company’s marketing efforts to support overall strategic objectives for DIGISOL 2.0 and impel growth by focusing on market opportunities.

Krushna holds 12+ years of experience in Marketing. Prior to joining Digisol, he has worked with brands like Videocon Industries Ltd, Meru Mobility Tech Private Ltd, Kail Ltd (Sansui-Kelvinator) & Ion Exchange India Ltd.
