Delhi based startup, KartRocket which is working to simplify the online working in India by offering end-to-end ecommerce enablement platform which allows SMEs to create their ecommerce store, mobile app, built-in shipping, payment and multi-channel sales integration systems has raised close to $2 Mn in its Series A round led by Nirvana Venture Advisors, 500 Startups and Japan-based Beenos (NetPrice).
The startup had raised angel round from 5ideas, 500 Startups and angel investor Jatin Aneja last year.
KartRocket plans to use the funds raised to sign up resellers, enhance technology and create a network of offline distributors.
“With the funds, we want to solve the next set of problems around cataloging, mobile, traffic generation and discovery. We’re also planning to expand our presence pan-India including a heavy focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities,” said Saahil Goel, co-founder and chief executive of KartRocket.
Kartrocket was co-founded by Saahil Goel, Gautam Kapoor and Vishesh Khurana in 2012. It is currently integrated with eBay, Amazon and Snapdeal to allow multi-channel sales
