13 technology startups have graduated from Bosch India’s DNA accelerator programme. Bosch plans to collaborate with these technology startups that work in the areas of aerospace, mobility, social impact, healthcare, and agriculture, among others.

Manohar Esarapu, Head of Corporate Venture Program, Partner Consumer Products and Digital Enterprise at Bosch, said “Bosch has an inherent advantage. We draw on our years of experience, spanning across several industries, to mentor these startups. We support nascent teams by offering technological inputs. Such aspects will help the ecosystem in the long-term as we are geared towards improving their business sustainability.”

Bosch is a supplier of technology and services in the areas of mobility solutions, industrial technology, consumer goods, and energy and building technology.

A company statement states that Bosch received over 450 applications. Post that, teams were eliminated for lack of clarity with respect to ideas, business plans not offering much potential for growth, etc. The teams were judged on their plan, their solution as well as their understanding of the market that they claimed to address. Bosch also evaluated the value the group could offer to enhance their existing business plan.
