Home appliances manufacturer Atomberg Technologies has joined as the official partner of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for its domestic and international Season 2024-2026.

Besides, beverage brand Campa has also joined as the other official partner of BCCI for the matches.

Atomberg has signed a three-year deal with the BCCI and their partnership will begin with the upcoming 3-match T20 series against Afghanistan, starting Thursday (January 11), BCCI said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Campa, a legacy brand under the Reliance Consumer Products umbrella, will leverage this association to announce a range of products and provide fans with a new-age experience at the stadiums.

Jay Shah, honorary secretary, BCCI said, “These partnerships not only strengthen our commitment to providing the best for our fans but also align with our values of excellence and sustainability…”

Arindam Paul, Founding Member and Chief Business Officer, Atomberg Technologies, said, “Looking at the excellent results in both brand and business metrics by being broadcast sponsors for many marquee cricket series, this official partnership with BCCI was the next strategic step for us.”

Meanwhile, Atomberg that earns a majority of its revenue from the sale of products on its website, ecommerce portals offline retail stores, recently ventured into smart locks and other home appliances. 

Atomberg has also recently ventured into newer categories like Mixer Grinders and Smart Locks, extending its motto of providing tech-enabled innovative products for new-age Indian consumers. 

Atomberg Technologies’ loss more than tripled during the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The startup’s net loss grew 3.5X to INR 138.35 Cr in FY23 from INR 39.3 Cr in the previous fiscal year.

The startup last raised $86 Mn in a Series C round led by Temasek and Steadview Capital along with Trifecta Capital, Jungle Ventures and Inflexor Ventures. Overall, the startup has raised a total funding of $126.5 Mn till date.

Founded by IIT Bombay alumni Manoj Meena and Sibabrata Das in 2015, the home appliances startup manufactures energy-efficient, remote and voice-controlled fans and fan accessories. Its product portfolio includes ceiling, pedestal, wall and exhaust fans, mixer grinders and smart locks.
