Indifi Appoints A New Board of Director
Indifi Technologies, a lending platform for SME funding, has appointed Maninder Singh Juneja in its Board of Directors. Maninder has been actively involved in determining the overall growth strategies and other broader goals of the firm as its Strategic Advisor since 2017.
This unanimous decision was taken to further leverage the veteran’s 25+ years of domain experience in overseeing the day-to-day activities of and directing the policies and future course of action for Indifi.
An experienced managing director with a demonstrated history of working in the banking and finance domain, Maninder is the MD of True North Managers LLP (fka India Value Fund Advisors) at present. Prior to this, he worked in ICICI Bank for 15+ years, handling various responsibilities across roles including that of Retail Assets Head, Retail Risk Manager, and Retail Business Head, to name a few. He is an IIM Lucknow alumnus.
Aspire Systems Appoints VP Infrastructure
Aspire Systems, a global information technology services company announced the appointment of Srinivasan Ramasamy as the Vice-President of their Infrastructure Services Business Unit.
In this role, Srinivasan Ramasamy will be responsible for growing and expanding the Cloud and infrastructure services portfolio. He was previously working as the Vice President, Infrastructure Services at Sensiple.
He has over 20 years of rich working experience with global customers across various aspects of IT including cloud automation, data center migration, virtualization and infrastructure management.
He has serviced some of the top brands of the industry like Walmart, GE, Cisco and more.

Kristi will be working directly with Publicis Sapient CEO Nigel Vaz to build a successful foundation for future generations of leadership and ensure the creation of an integrated, high-performing talent function that will drive strategic outcomes at the company.
Kristi is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience working across organizations and partnering with their C-level executives to develop and drive talent and culture strategies to enable business strategy. Prior to joining Publicis Sapient, Kristi held Chief People Officer roles spanning verticals, regions and horizontal service lines.
Kristi worked at Accenture for 25 years during a period of expansive growth and transformative change. Additionally, she served as Executive Director of HR for the North America region. Kristi has comprehensive experience in building and leading world-class teams to deliver programs and operations worldwide to drive business results.

With more than 17 years of sales and business development experience across geographies, Ashish is a specialist in designing and implementing consistent sales processes & tools to enhance the commercial performance of various reputed online businesses. He has spent a significant part of his career in MagicBricks.com and Shadi.com where he was designated as Head Business Operations and Vice President, Operations & Sales, respectively.
Ashish has also been associated with other eminent organizations like Tech Mahindra and Wipro in his preceding years. Apart from Sales & Business Development, he is also an expert in areas like ecommerce, real estate, new businesses, strategy and monetisation.
Medikabazaar Hires Former Reliance Jio HR Head
Medikabazaar, an online B2B platform for medical supplies, has announced the appointment of Anil Mohanty. The hiring is in line with the company’s plans for rapid expansion, with a major focus on strengthening its leadership team while attracting and developing the best talent to support Medikabazaar’s growth strategy.
With over two decades of experience across the various HR segments, Mohanty will spearhead Medikabazaar’s overall HR strategy, performance and culture building. Anil is seasoned and senior HR personnel, having led several Human Resource portfolios at a number of prominent organisations across the country.
Prior to joining Medikabazaar, he was last working with Reliance Jio since its inception as the head of HR for the northern region. Additionally, he has worked with organisations like Idea Cellular, Tata Teleservices, Huawei Telecommunication and Telenor India.
