Jayanthi Vaidyanathan is the Director of Human Resources at PayPal’s Technology Centers across the APAC region playing the role of People Business Partner and is the HR head for PayPal India. During her 20 years of diverse experience in Human Resources, she has been known for creating organisations that are highly engaged and deep-rooted in culture and acknowledged as great places to work. Under her leadership, PayPal India has been named as one of the best places to work for the last nine consecutive years by the Great Places to Work Institute. She is also the recipient of the Most Powerful HR Professionals of India award by the World HRD Congress.
