To help businesses recover from the economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the lockdown, the Indian government has been opening up the economy in phases.
With this, the government has also decided to make its contact tracing app Aarogya Setu mandatory for many services, whether it is related to travel or other essential services, so that movement of those suspected of infection can be tracked.
The app, which has been developed by the government in the public-private partnership (PPP), leverages Bluetooth and GPS-based location tracking to identify the possible positive coronavirus cases around users. Link in bio for more!
