He was Pepsi\u2019s first employee in India and was instrumental in the brand\u2019s growth in India during his 12-year tenure with the company.\r\n\r\nHe is also a co-founder at Sagacito Technologies Private Limited and also serves as a Senior Advisor of TPG Growth. Previously, he was the CEO of Bennett Coleman & Co. Limited. Ravi Dhariwal also serves on the Board of several leading companies of India including Times Infotainment Media Ltd. and Times Journal India Pvt. Ltd; Future Enterprises Limited; Bharti Retail Pvt. Ltd.; and Bata India Ltd. He completed his chemical engineering from IIT Kanpur and MBA from IIM Kolkata.\r\nTwitter Promotes Its India Business Head\r\nTwitter has promoted its India business head Taranjeet Singh as Country Director. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving audience growth, engagement and revenue of Indian operations. He was working on his earlier position since January 2015. He was an INSEAD alumnus and prior to joining Twitter has served as sales director of BBC\u2019s Southeast Asian operations.
