As homegrown AI companies push the boundaries of what’s possible, we are back with Inc42’s newest series, AI Startups To Watch. Each month, we shine the spotlight on five early stage Indian AI startups that are on the path to disrupting the market

Our second edition of Inc42’s AI Startups To Watch features AI startups that are not only trying to aid enterprises in their AI journey but also reshaping workflows, improving efficiency and unlocking new business value across sectors

The Indian AI startup ecosystem is undergoing an unprecedented upswing in 2025, marked by robust funding, localised innovation, and new use cases. A new wave of AI startups is doing more than just building technologies — they are disrupting industries.

As a result, funding flows have surged, with homegrown AI ventures attracting global venture capital giants, signalling strong investor confidence. These startups are distinguishing themselves by combining proprietary algorithms with deep sector knowledge. With this, they are solving India’s unique challenges.

Beyond early stage startups, big tech companies are also doubling down on India and bolstering their AI capabilities, from Indic AI models to data centres. From Google announcing a $15 Bn investment to Microsoft picking up parcels of land across the country, India’s AI boom has arrived.

Testifying our claims are homegrown conglomerates like Reliance and Adani Group, which are also developing enterprise AI solutions in India. Driving all this is the Indian government rolling out a red carpet for global giants, while streamlining policy to boost local innovation.

Be it the IndiaAI Mission or AI governance guidelines, the Centre is pulling all stops to build an action plan for sustainable AI adoption for Indian businesses.

As homegrown AI companies push the boundaries of what’s possible, we are back with Inc42’s newest series — AI Startups To Watch — where, each month, we shine the spotlight on five early stage Indian AI startups that are on the path to disrupting the market.

Our second edition of Inc42’s AI Startups To Watch features AI startups AiroClip, Redacto, Adya AI, QuickAds and Wyzard AI. While AiroClip are trying to change the face of online gaming in India, Adya AI is aiding enterprises in their AI journey.

Now, without much ado, let’s jump right into the November 2025 edition of Inc42’s newest series — AI Startups To Watch.

Editor’s Note: The list below is not a ranking but rather a window into ventures that have caught our eye this month.

Adya AI | Aiding Enterprises In AI Adoption

As enterprises rush to adopt AI, they are witnessing endless integration challenges. It is due to these pains that development cycles stretch for months, costs mount and productivity stalls. Small and mid-sized businesses are particularly impacted.

The Solution: Founded in 2023 by Shayak Mazumder, Archana Mazumder and Angad Singh Ahluwalia, Bengaluru-based Adya AI is building a unified agentic AI development platform that empowers businesses to build, deploy and monetise AI systems rapidly.

Its core products — ATMA (app-builder), ADI (domain-specific LLMs) and Vanij (multi-agent orchestration) — enable companies to go from idea to live product in hours rather than months.

No-Code AI Deployment: Adya’s platform supports end-to-end workflows, allowing developers to pick or fine-tune models, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and deploy across cloud or edge. For a retail business looking for a voice agent for customer service, the system handles model training, agent network creation and deployment.

Adya operates in the AI agents/ enterprise AI platform segment, projected to reach $3.55 Bn by 2030. Competing with players such as CrewAI, Ema, Adya differentiates itself through its agentic-AI architecture — where autonomous agents collaborate dynamically, enabling faster deployment, lower integration effort, and continuous self-improvement.

AiroClip | Creating Highly Personalised Gaming Experiences

Casual puzzle games may dominate the global mobile gaming arena, but most rely on static design and repetitive gameplay. As user acquisition costs soar and retention becomes critical, this one-size-fits-all approach is proving unsustainable for studios struggling to keep players engaged.

AI-Driven Gameplay: Founded in 2024 by Naga Rohith Anisetty and Pruthvi Sai, AiroClip is a Bengaluru-based AI gaming studio reimagining how puzzle games are built and played.

The startup blends generative AI with real-time live-ops to create adaptive gaming experiences — personalising levels, storylines, and reward systems based on each player’s behaviour.

Scaling Through Personalisation: With flagship titles like Tap Hexa and Hexa Dreams crossing 3 Lakh+ downloads, AiroClip’s AI engine dynamically tweaks gameplay elements to boost retention and lifetime value.

What’s At Play? Competing in a space dominated by global titles like Royal Match and new AI-driven studios, AiroClip aspires to stand out for its mix of adaptive live-ops, GenAI, and cost-efficient India-based development. It’s betting on this advantage to capture a slice of the Indian gaming market, projected to reach approximately $35.6 Bn by 2030.

QuickAds | Eliminating Guesswork In Ads

Many D2C brands often struggle to translate large creative budgets into high-performing ad campaigns.

Founded in 2023 by Nitin Mahajan, QuickAds is building a full-stack ‘ads operating system’ for brands. The platform gives access to a library of over 20 Mn ads, uses AI to generate image and video creatives, runs instant A/B tests, and optimises campaigns by audience and platform, catering especially to D2C brands, ecommerce players, and performance marketing teams.

Automating Ad Creation For Faster ROAS: With QuickAds, brands can drop a product link, pick a format, and generate dozens of on-brand ad variants in minutes.

The platform scores creatives, tags high performers, and automates multi-platform launches — cutting production time, accelerating test cycles, and driving stronger ROAS.

What’s The Moat? Competing with legacy creative agencies and AI-powered adtech players such as Canva, QuickAds is focussed on its integrated ad library, automated multi-format generation, and performance-first workflows to stand out.

The Indian digital advertising market is projected to grow at a 15% CAGR through 2029, reaching $17–19 Bn in digital spend, and QuickAds wants to be the creative engine powering this growth.

Redacto | Sorting Data Privacy Compliance For Enterprises

As India rolls out its Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, enterprises are racing to protect and manage vast volumes of sensitive user data.

However, existing privacy tools are fragmented and manual; therefore employees are often seen juggling audits, spreadsheets, and other compliance risks. Not to mention, staying compliant is crucial for sectors like banking and fintech.

Compliance Master: Founded in 2024 by Shashank Karincheti and Amit Kumar, Redacto is a Bengaluru-based startup that is building an AI-driven privacy infrastructure platform for continuous compliance.

Its modular suite, including Privacy Engine, ConsentFlow, VendorShield, and TrustCentre, automates data discovery, consent management, third-party monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

Automating Compliance At Scale: Redacto’s platform continuously scans and classifies personal data, maps it across internal systems, and triggers workflow alerts for consent or vendor-risk events. Targeting BFSI, fintech and enterprise clients, Redacto is helping organisations move from static audits to real-time data governance. The startup’s edge lies in combining GenAI-led automation with an India-ready modular privacy stack.

The Indian privacy-management software market, valued at $87 Mn in 2024, is projected to grow to $334 Mn by 2030 — a wave Redacto aims to ride as enterprises embrace data-first governance.

Wyzard AI | From Intent To Sales

Many B2B go-to-market (GTM) teams generate plenty of leads but struggle to convert them. Slow follow-ups, manual qualification, and missed buyer intent signals often lead to wasted opportunities. As multichannel GTM becomes more complex, these leaks are extending sales cycles and driving up costs.

Wyzard To The Fix: Founded in 2024 by Rahul Jain, Megha Ohri, Abhishek Tomar, and Jayesh Nair, Wyzard AI offers a “Signal-to-Revenue AI” platform that tracks buyer intent across web, chat, email, LinkedIn, and CRM channels.

It enriches this data, qualifies leads through AI agents and automates outreach, helping sales and marketing teams respond faster.

Turning Intent Into Sales: For a SaaS company running campaigns and webinars, Wyzard can instantly detect high-intent visitors, enrich their profiles, trigger an agentic chat or personalised email, qualify leads automatically, and route only the most relevant prospects to sales teams.

The Competitive Edge: Wyzard competes with traditional sales automation, lead management, and chatbot platforms. Its differentiator lies in its agentic AI architecture that spans multiple channels, offers real-time intent detection, and integrates seamlessly with existing GTM stacks.

The global AI-enabled marketing automation market is projected to reach $22.4 Bn by 2033, and Wyzard aims to capture a share of this fast-growing opportunity.
