As a species, we have been working together in ‘companies’ since only a few centuries ago. With the industrial revolution and later on the digital revolution, we have been making so much progress, it is simply remarkable. Yet with these advances under our belts, we are shockingly unaware that our paradigms of work are more traditional than modern and are thus impeding our personal happiness and contentment.
This doesn’t need to be that way. For this to change, we have to re-imagine how we look at work.
