In H1 2025, Delhi NCR emerged as the country’s second most-funded startup hub, drawing <a href="https://asset.inc42.com/2025/07/H1-2025-Funding-Report_v6.pdf">$1,495 Mn across 116 deals</a>, with fintech among the top sectors for funding. 
In the first six months of the year, the fintech sector raised <a href="https://asset.inc42.com/2025/07/H1-2025-Funding-Report_v6.pdf">$1,592 Mn across 68 deals</a>. According to an Inc42 report, Delhi NCR, alongside Bengaluru, accounted for <a href="https://asset.inc42.com/2024/12/Fintech-Q3_v6.pdf">76% of the total fintech funding deals since 2014</a>. Despite recent regulatory tightening and <a href="https://inc42.com/features/whats-in-store-for-indian-fintech-ecosystem-in-2025/">profitability pressure</a>, Delhi’s fintech ventures continue to work in areas such as instant loan approvals, digital KYC and seamless onboarding.
