Cab-hailing company Ola has launched ‘Ola Corporate’, to offer seamless mobility experience to corporate travellers across all major Indian metros. With this development, customers can hail cabs when required and pay from their company’s centralised pre-paid account.
Ola Corporate offers options at a fraction of the cost, along with benefits of a centralised, paperless billing system; centralised billing will eliminate the process of applying for transport reimbursements for corporate travellers and organisations.
The fares rate for Ola Corporate are the same as standard rate cards for B2C. So the businesses stand to save as much as 60% on their travel costs with on-demand consumption.
The corporate dashboard allows for improved efficiency and productivity for businesses, taking away the hassle of scheduling pickups and cumbersome billing and payment processes. Besides, it also enables corporates to customise ride policies for different groups of employees, as per the needs of the company, giving complete control of the entire process to the administration teams.
How it works:
- On verification by their employer for Ola Corporate, the executives will have a new toggle option ‘Corporate Ride’ appearing on the confirmation screen at the time of booking
- On enabling it, the ride will get billed directly to the user’s corporate account
- The user will not have to pay the fare in cash or through Ola Money

All in-app features like share ride details, emergency contacts, SOS and number masking are active for Ola Corporate users as well. Ola Corporate users can also choose from the wide range of categories across Ola Mini, Ola Sedan, Ola Prime. And soon Ola Share and Ola Shuttle will also be available in their cities.
