MindTickle Inc., a cloud based software which focuses on improving the sales process has raised $12.5 Mn in its Series A round led by New Enterprise Associates. The startup will use the funds to help companies with issues related to inside sales teams.
Founded in 2011 by Krishna Depura, Nishant Mungali, Mohit Garg and Deepak Diwakar, MindTickle, promises to cut training time for salespeople who need to be kept up-to-date on rapidly changing products, and consequently improve their effectiveness in handling potentially difficult sales situations.
As per Chief Revenue Officer Mohit Garg, about 80% of sales can codified which includes pitching, delivering demos, handling objections and so on. MindTickle offers coaching, role playing and data-driven feedback on how effective individual salespeople are.
Another Competitor which offers similar product is the US-based InsideSales.com, among several other venture-backed companies.
