Paytm Backed Logistics Analytics Startup LogiNext Acquires YourGuy

Mumbai-based logistics analytics firm, LogiNext, has acquired Mumbai-based YourGuy, cross-category last mile delivery service startup, in a mixed cash and equity deal.

The financial details related to the deal remain undisclosed. However, under the deal terms, YourGuy’s 200 delivery personnel and the 20 membered team including the founders will be completely absorbed by Sprintr, the last mile delivery vertical of LogiNext.

LogiNext announced the launch of its hyperlocal on-demand delivery platform Sprintr last week. It is currently operational in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Jaipur and Ahmedabad.

LogiNext was founded in 2014 by Dhruvil Sanghvi and Manisha Raisinghani. The startup helps logistics companies improve their internal operations, optimise delivery networks and provide superior customer service using data collection, advanced analytics and visualisation.

Dhruvil Sanghvi, co-founder and CEO of LogiNext Solutions said, “YourGuy has already acquired a good number of matured and loyal customers and is a renowned name in the field of B2B deliveries. Since our new delivery vertical, Sprintr is also clocking around the same number of deliveries, our delivery volumes and network reach will increase by 100% with this acquisition. On top, we will also be selling our technology to YourGuy customers.”

With the acquisition, YourGuy is going to be part of LogiNext’s vision of revolutionising the last mile delivery.

Founded in 2014 by Alay Jhaveri, YourGuy is acclaimed to be a B2B delivery portal that delivers products like meal boxes, medicines, important documents, clothes, and other items for clients from pharmaceuticals, documents, food, retail, laundry and grocery segments. It claims to have carried 2,50,000 deliveries all together with 4000 deliveries per day. The startup is said to be valued at $1.5 Mn.
