Housing.com, has acquired HomeBuy360, a unique cloud based Sales Lifecycle Management Platform that connects developers, agents and buyers. The deal was closed for a sum of $2 Mn towards purchase of 100% equity of HomeBuy360 (HB360).
Founded in 2011 by Rajat Kothari, Kshitij Minglani and A K Gururaj, HomeBuy360 is a Bangalore-based cloud CRM software company, disrupting the real estate and homebuyers market. HomeBuy360 aims to transform the Indian realty CRM and the ERP space by creating a strong connected eco-system of developers, buyers, agents and home service providers.
The acquisition will boost Housing’s Data Science Labs with real time data on inventory and transactions.
Housing.com is now the only online real estate listing platform to own a developer CRM company.
Leveraging this unique platform, developers and agents can streamline the entire sales lifecycle, by tracking inventory, managing customer relations and in effect drive efficiencies in their sale operations. This will help reduce costs for 20,000+ developers in the realty ecosystem. This acquisition will also fortify Housing.com’s Data Science Lab (DSL) with rich data on inventory and transactions in the real estate sector.
This is third acquisition for Housing.com in the current year. Commenting on the acquisition, Rishabh Gupta, iCEO and COO Housing.com stated, “Developers are key stakeholders to drive efficiency in the Indian real estate sector. Our vision is that every developer uses HB360 to bring down their sales and operating costs. This will help in reduction of property prices eventually benefitting the consumers.”
Earlier this year, Housing.com had acquired Indian Real Estate Forum (IREF), a platform providing unbiased property information to consumers and Realty BI to empower property buyers and financial institutions to assess risks and take informed decisions.
Recently, Housing has crossed 1 Mn verified property listings in the Rent and Resale sections.
