Over his investment in healthcare startup Rajat said,
Healthcare industry has grown rapidly over few years, in a very unstructured way. I personally believe that connecting people to right doctor and hospital with right technology is the need of the hour. Healthcare sector in India is growing at CAGR upward of 20%, whereas telemedicine market in India is expected to reach $18 Bn in next two years. Credihealth is at a stage where it is ripe to scale up rapidly and grow significantly with the industry. With Rajat on board, Credihealth plans to invest further on its technology and scale it up.
Credihealth is primarily web and mobile centric provider of personalized guidance in hospitalization services to patients. The portal works with a team of in-house doctors to sort out all queries and confusions of the patients.
The startup claims to have serviced 50,000 patients last year and has over 7000 leading doctors from all over the country on its platform. Claiming to be the largest hospital network in India with services in cities like New Delhi, NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore, Credihealth, has tie ups with over 450 prime hospitals across India including Fortis healthcare and Jaslok Hospital.
