The August Fest, a festival-cum-conference for startups in Asia will host its fourth edition in Hyderabad. The startup celebrates arts and entrepreneurship in Asia.
The festival will house more than 100 speakers and 100 Startup Pitches. The highlights of the fest include parallel programmes like Revolution Stage, Startup Stage, Scaleup Stage and Un-Conference, to match what participants are looking to learn.
August Fest will see some influential speakers including Carman Chan, serial investor, Neal Cross, Head of Innovation, DBS Singapore; Soundarya Rajinikanth, entrepreneur and filmmaker’; Charu Sharma, founder, Pro-Kabaddi League; Ernest Sanchez – Spanish entrepreneur and investor and Vaibhav Agarwal, co-founder, Inc42 among others.
According to its official website, the 2015 edition saw an attendance of 4200 participants from 40 cities and 10 countries.
This year the organisers are expecting 12000+ startup enthusiasts and more than 300 investors, accelerator with their representatives. The fest will have 20 sessions which will include events like panel discussions, importance of designs for startups, growth hacks and a lot more.
The August Fest started in 2013 with an attendee count of 500 and emerged as one of the largest startup conferences in India. The fest will give you a chance to meet and interact with speakers, entrepreneurs, techies, marketers, game changers, investors from the startup ecosystem across India, Asia, Middle East, Europe and US.
The August Fest is partnered by Government of Telangana, Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and T-Hub and is co-sponsored by iB Group.
The event will be held at JRC Conventions and Trade Fairs, Hyderabad, Telangana, India from September 3-4, 2016.
