AdLift CEO Prashant Puri Invests $300K In PriceRaja

Gurgaon-based PriceRaja, a product & price comparison and deal aggregation platform, has raised about $300K (INR 2 Cr) from Prashant Puri, founder and CEO of AdLift.

With this, Puri will also join PriceRaja in an advisory role. The startup will used the newly raised capital to fund its expansion.

PriceRaja was founded in January 2014 by Vivek Pahwa. It enables its user to compare detailed specifications of products and helps the potential customer to easily make a buying decision. Additionally, the site also presents information about the prices at which products are sold on various e-commerce websites in India.

Its parent company Accentium has been a tech incubator for almost 10 years, and it has produced several successful businesses such as,, and in the past. It’s latest venture is all set to become the next success with a leading position in its vertical.

Talking about the development, Vivek Pahwa, CEO Accentium Web Pvt Ltd that runs the website PriceRaja said, “We are happy that Prashant personally will add value to our business. Product and Price comparison is essentially a content and product business and innovative internet marketing is key to success, and Prashant will add tremendous value to this effort.”

The startups claims to have 3 Mn visits per month and about 12 Mn page-views per month. PriceRaja aims to be a leading product comparison platform for all comparable online products such as electronics, appliances, and accessories.

For non comparable options such as fashion, home decor, it aims to be the best aggregated source for browsing, discovering, and filtering products available online.

Prior to this in March 2016,Cricketer Yuvraj Singh’s investment fund YouWeCan Ventures and digital marketing agency AdLift launched a brand amplification platform called Yral (pronounced ‘viral’). Yral seamlessly connects advertisers with celebrities by leveraging their social media network.

Startups including mysmartprice, pricedekho and smartprix, etc. are also dealing in the same space.
