The MIT Global Startup Workshop
The MIT GSW is the world’s premier workshop dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship, inspiring future innovators, and building entrepreneurial ecosystems globally. Each year, the workshop takes place in a different location, and we bring together over 300 entrepreneurial leaders, executives, students, next generation entrepreneurs, professors, financiers, government agents, and private supporters to build a global support network for entrepreneurship. We bridge boundaries across different sectors to stimulate discussion, generate ideas, and share best entrepreneurial practices. Since 1998, our non-profit organization has held 18 international workshops, spanning 6 continents, and has attracted participants from over 70 nations.
BEST AND BRIGHTEST MINDS
MIT GSW has a new selection process. We are bringing together the best and the brightest techies, creatives, and business minds from across the world to collaborate at our three-day conference.
THE SELECTION PROCESS
MIT GSW brings together mentors and cherry-picked attendees for three days of competitions and trainings. Applications have launched! The application process will require you to explain why you want to attend GSW and what you can contribute to the conference. We will select a total of 400 applicants to register for the conference to bring together a dream team of attendees. Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis, so don’t wait to apply!
Worldwide applicants will be chosen based on two simple criteria:
1) Their strongest skills
2) Their motivation to do something, and to do it now
3) The selection process will bring together creativity, tech, and business.
UNPARALLED ACCESS TO MENTORS
Mentors are successful entrepreneurs from all around the world. They bring experience, insight, inspiration and a vast network. But 1 mentor for 400 attendees is not enough. MIT GSW brings 1 mentor for every 10 attendees. Come prepared.
The deadline for General Application is 7th March.
