- Chief Project / Product Manager for internal system overhaul + Marketing Stack Setup (switched from home-brewed internal systems to robust solutions such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Zuora). Worked with Executive Leadership for this transition.
- Worked with executive leadership on pricing to help generate $3 Million (and counting) of recurring annual revenue from existing perpetual customers with a single campaign.
- Works directly in collaboration with CEO, Varun Shoor and Director of Marketing to Model Pricing for the product and ensure that they don’t leave money on the table and charge fairly for value addition.
