In this edition, Gary chats with the professional athlete and body-builder Kai Greene. He had in his audience a majority of immigrant students and being an immigrant himself, Gary Vaynerchuk was certainly talking in the most connected manner. As he reiterates this point,

A lot of entrepreneurs didn’t realise the importance of being patient, leading to the failure. The history is filled with incidences when people came up with an idea, lacked patience and stop working on it. Just to see that in next few years, another person picked up the very same business model and voila! it’s now a unicorn.
Gary believes that it is undoubtedly important to stop thinking what people will think about you. You must always be like in your 20’s when you just not care and follow your own heart. And like Mark Twain said, “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.”
He also talks about how he wants people to stop caring about what other people think of you all through your 20s and you just build something for yourself, there is a much better chance of success than all the others who will fail because they cared.
