Wingify Buys Blitzllama To Give An AI Boost To VWO Platform

Everstone-owned Wingify has acquired Y Combinator-backed AI startup Blitzllama. With the acquisition, the Delhi NCR based SaaS firm aims to strengthen its user research features of its flagship platform Visual Website Optimiser (VWO). The deal size was not disclosed.

In a statement, Wingify said that the acquisition will bring continuous, AI-led user feedback into VWO’s experimentation and experience optimisation tools. It claims that the platform is currently used by over 3,000 companies across more than 90 countries.

For context, VWO is a platform primarily known for its A/B testing capabilities, which allows organisations to compare different versions of a webpage or app element to see which one performs better against a defined goal like conversions or click-through rates.

Founded in 2021, Blitzllama builds tools that help product teams collect and analyse user feedback in real time. Its platform uses AI to summarise open-ended responses, identify patterns and track user sentiment from sources such as in-app surveys, reviews and customer support conversations. 

The startup was part of Y Combinator’s Winter 2022 batch and also counts 2am VC as its backer.

Following the acquisition, Blitzllama’s customers will be moved to the VWO platform without disruption, Wingify said. Users will continue to have access to their existing data and support. The integration is expected to help teams understand not just what users do on a product, but also why they do it.

Wingify CEO and cofounder Sparsh Gupta said that Blitzllama will help VWO customers move faster from user inputs to tested product improvements.

Wingify claims to have seen profitable growth over the past year 2025, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) nearing $60 Mn. The company attributed this to stronger enterprise adoption across global markets. 

The Blitzllama acquisition is part of Wingify’s broader push to deepen product intelligence capabilities for digital-first businesses.

Headquartered in Delhi, Wingify operates globally through VWO and serves customers like Decathlon, Disney, UNICEF and Flydubai.

Founded in 2009 by Paras Chopra and Sparsh Gupta, Wingify was a bootstrapped profitable SaaS startup until private equity firm Everstone Capital acquired a majority stake in it for $200 Mn earlier this year. Chopra exited Wingify post the acquisition and is currently building AI research lab Lossfunk.
