Wealthtech startup Infinyte.Club has raised $3.6 Mn (INR 30.2 Cr) in its seed funding round led by Elevation Capital.
The round also saw participation from a host of angel investors, including CRED founder Kunal Shah, Meesho cofounder Vidit Aatrey, Unacademy CEO Gaurav Munjal, invideo CEO Sanket Shah, ACKO founder Varun Dua and Razorpay cofounder Harshil Mathur among others.
The Bengaluru-based startup plans to use the fresh capital to boost its tech stack and expand the team.
“We are committed to using the funds to build a team across engineering, product, and design, bringing together the best talent to drive our mission forward. We believe having the right talent is crucial to drive our vision forward,” the cofounders commented.
Infinyte.Club, designed for wealth creation and management for tech and startup employees, has officially rolled out its beta version. The platform offers access to private investment opportunities and addresses the issue of ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) liquidity for early employees of leading Indian startups.
“Our product is designed to grow alongside our members, who are the smartest and brightest minds in the country today. We believe this group of intelligent investors need products that meet their level of creativity and acumen. We want to ensure that these talented individuals, who have been instrumental in building the startup landscape, are fully equipped to capitalise on their contributions to this burgeoning tech landscape and realise their wealth ambitions,” said Infinyte.Club’s cofounders Ankita Tandon and Joylita Saldanha, in a joint statement.
Launched by Tandon and Saldanha in 2023, the platform enables members to track their assets, manage their equity portfolios, and unlock the value of their stock options. During its private beta phase, Infinyte.Club claims to have closed over 40 primary and secondary deals.
It democratises access to private market equity and assets, traditionally reserved for the top 1%. By offering a portfolio of private company stocks, it bridges the gap for investors and provides liquidity solutions for ESOP holders. The platform currently tracks over $150 Mn in ESOPs.
