Omnichannel FMCG brand Two Brothers Organic Farms has secured INR 110 Cr (about $12.4 Mn) in its Series B funding round led by 360 ONE Asset. The round also saw participation from Rainmatter Investments, Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office and IGNITE Growth Solutions’ founder and managing partner Rahul Garg.

In a statement, the startup said that the fresh capital will be deployed for expanding its manufacturing capabilities and international reach, and scaling operational capacity.

Cofounder Satyajit Hange told Inc42 that Two Brothers will utilise the capital to invest in technology to train farmers. “We are already working with 4,000-5,000 farmers, and we plan to take this to 15,000 farmers now,” he said.

The cofounder claimed that the startup currently caters to 6-7 Lakh customers with a retention rate of 70% in India. It plans to use a part of the freshly raised capital to serve 25 Lakh customers in the next two years.

On the backend, the startup is ramping up its manufacturing capability. “We have a 2,000 sq ft laboratory right now, and we’ll be investing to make it a 5,000 sq ft laboratory,” Hange said.

On the international front, the startup is looking to deepen its presence in the US and the MENA region.

Founded in 2016 by brothers Satyajit and Ajinkya Hange, Two Brothers sells farm produce such as cow cultured ghee, edible oil, grains and pulses, and more. The startup works directly with farmers to source the produce and claims that the farmers use regenerative natural farming to provide organic food products which are free of chemicals.

Prior to this, the brand raised INR 58.25 Cr (around $7 Mn) in its Series A funding round led by Zerodha’s investment arm Rainmatter Capital in June 2024.

On the financial front, Hange said that Two Brothers’ gross revenue stood at INR 108 Cr in FY25. He added that the startup is set to cross the INR 200 Cr mark in gross revenue in FY26.

The Pune-based startup competes against the likes of DeHaat, FarMart, 24 Mantra Organic, among others.
