The Pune-based Tablets and Fablets maker, Swipe Technologies has partnered with Haptik Inc, an instant customer support app to provide on the go support to its perceptive customers.
With this, now users can opt for cash-on-delivery for purchased products from Swipe Technologies with a simple message on Haptik itself.
Haptik’s smartphone app available on iOS and Android will make it easier for customers to harness support services at just a click away. This collaboration will provide benefit to the users as they could get instant help by just sending a message.
The Swipe AssistX app with Haptik will be available on all Marathon & Slice series of devices starting February 2015.
