AI-driven IT startup SuperOps has raised $25 Mn (around INR 216.4 Cr) in a Series C funding round led by existing investor March Capital, along with participation from Addition and Z47.
On the back of this funding round, the company has also rolled out an AI chatbot ‘Monica’ to analyse managed service providers’ (MSPs) dataset and boost the decision-making process.

Founded in 2020 by Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, SuperOps is a platform that simplifies IT management process and workflow of managed service providers on a single, unified platform.
The latest fundraise has propelled the company’s total funding to $54.4 Mn (around INR 467.5 Cr) till date.
“IT teams worldwide are navigating complex challenges, including remote work and rising cybersecurity threats. At SuperOps, we are empowering these IT heroes with tools that transform their operations, reduce costs, and fuel growth,” said Parthiban.
The startup has also claimed that with ‘Monica’, MSPs and IT teams, it has seen a 30% jump in operational efficiency.
In 2023, SuperOps raised $12.4 Mn in a Series B funding round led by Addition and March Capital, along with participation from Z47 (earlier Matrix Partners India).
The startup competes with the likes of NinjaOne and Atera, among others.
SuperOps latest funding comes at a time when India has been witnessing a host of developments in the AI space.
For instance, two days ago social media platform ShareChat launched its first AI centre of excellence in Southeast Asia in Singapore.
Similarly IT services company Genpact launched an accelerator programme to spur artificial intelligence (AI) adoption among enterprises.
In January alone, enterprise AI startup Atomicwork raised $25 Mn to capitalise on its strategy to transform IT service management with its agentic AI platform, and Bengaluru-based agentic AI startup Quash raised $635K to accelerate the development of its AI-backed quality assurance (QA) agents.
Last November, Hyderabad-based AI startup Pulse raised $1.4 Mn to build its team and enhance purpose-built large language models (LLM) and agentic AI capabilities.
