Relevant e-solutions Pvt. Ltd. which owns fashion recommendation platform Roposo and gift recommendation platform Giveter has raised funding from its existing investors including India Quotient, 5 Ideas Startup Superfuel and Flipkart cofounder Binny Bansal.
The startup had raised its first funding in December last year, with this round, total funds raised by it has reached to $ 1 Mn i.e. Rs 6 Cr.
The company plans to put in the money raised for its fashion discovery platform Roposo. Further, it will use the risk capital for product development and for team expansion.
Roposo is a fashion-focused social-network for women to discover & shop products and trends that are liked, curated, updated real-time from across the web. One can discover and shop trending fashion items from every store across the internet, and share what you love with others. Currently, Roposo lists about 2 lakh products from over 150 stores and has about 1 lakh unique monthly visitors.
A lot has been happening in the online fashion discovery segment, recently, online marketplace Snapdeal had acquired fashion discovery site Dootzon. Also, Mumbai based Klip.in had raised an undisclosed amount of angel funding from Mumbai Angels and from investors associated with startup accelerator VentureNursery last year.
Relevant e-solutions was founded in 2012 by Avinash Saxena who is the ex-CTO of Zomato.com, Mayank Bhangadia, and Kaushal Shubhank – all B.Tech’s from IIT Delhi.
