On December 16, ‘Discovering Japan: The Best of Japanese Startup Ecosystem’ was hosted by “Brave x India” acceleration program, which was launched by Beyond Next Ventures of Japan. Discovering Japan: The Best of Japanese Startup Ecosystem is a pitching and networking night. The event featured four Tokyo-based startups, who are trying to enter the Indian market.
The collaborative event offered an opportunity to learn more about the Japanese startup ecosystem, interact with a Japanese VC and build connections. This event was powered by Morning Pitch, a platform hosted by Deloitte. Morning Pitch helps startups form business alliances and partnerships with large corporations, corporate venture capital, and venture capital firms.
The event originates from Japan where it has served as a similar platform for over six years, resulting in hundreds of business alliances and tens of M&A’s and IPO’s.

Mixer By Inc42

Uttar Pradesh Smart Hackathon 2019
Youth Integrated Development Society is hosting Uttar Pradesh Smart Hackathon 2019 on December 18 and 19 to get students entrepreneurs on board. The event will be hosted by the Indian government-run oil and gas company IndianOil. The platform is looking for young entrepreneurs from 10 universities to come together and pitch their innovation and ideas.
It is a fun networking event, simply designed to boost innovations among young entrepreneurs. The event will host over 400 colleges across Uttar Pradesh and three lakh student entrepreneurs. The event will be hosted at Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida.

Asian Decentralized Summit 4.0
Asian Decentalized Summit 4.0 is being hosted in Visakhapatnam on December 22, 2019. The event’s aim is to boost blockchain technology in the Indian subcontinent by bringing industry leaders, change-makers, governments, entrepreneurs and blockchain experts.
Asian Decentralized Summit has previously made significant contributions in promoting the adoption of Blockchain and Dapps. The keynote speaker at the event will include the founder and CEO of Syn Ledger Mallikarjun Naidu, founder of Trellis Labs Sachin Mittal and CTO of Alwin Technologies Mohan Sundaram.
The platform will also be hosting events in South Korea on January 9, Japan on January 12, China on January 14, Hong Kong on January 17 and Dubai on January 25.
