Bengaluru-based IT asset management startup Swish Club has raised $4.5 Mn funding in a mix of equity and debt in its pre-Series A round.

The funding round was led by Powerhouse Ventures, and also saw participation from Blume Ventures, Touchstone Ventures, and Atrium Ventures.

While $3.3 Mn was raised as equity, the remaining $1.2 Mn was secured as debt.

Founded in 2023 by Dushyant Sapre, Suraj Kumar, and Jai Anand, Swish Club offers an all-in-one platform for enterprises for renting laptops and smartphone leasing. Its rental solution comes with four pre-bundled software offerings – an asset management portal (AMP), mobile device management (MDM), antivirus protection, and a device cleaner.

The startup enables businesses to acquire devices without upfront payments while providing access to the latest technology, ensuring enterprise-grade security and compliance, and recycling devices with zero data leakage—all without the need to coordinate with multiple vendors.

“Currently, enterprises are spending more than INR 25,000 Cr annually on new laptops alone, and our platform enables these businesses to access and manage the latest devices with zero upfront investment,” Sapre told Inc42.

The startup said that it will use the equity funding for product development and the debt component used for device financing.

Swish Club said it is also working on an agentic AI-powered device telemetry product, which is currently in pilot phase and will be launched in April this year.

“This software will essentially act as IT support within the machine, ensuring that the device is updated to the latest specifications and free of any malware,” Sapre said. “The AI agent will ensure that companies of the future won’t need IT teams dedicating all their time to IT support,” he added.

Swish Club claims to have over 125 enterprise clients, including Max Life Insurance, Bennett and Coleman, HDFC Life Insurance, PepsiCo, Informatica, Philips, GMR, RPG Group, Landmark Group, and Zensar. It has also partnered with startups such as Whatfix, Zetwerk, Meesho, Plum, Allen, Porter, Bold Care, FamPay, Zolvit, Qila Games, and Addverb.
