Indian Fintech Forum has announced the names of 18 startups shortlisted for the fourth edition of India Fintech Awards (IFTA), which will be held on November 29, 2019 in Mumbai. The startups have been shortlisted from the pool of 400 fintech startups from India, US, France, Hungary and Israel, among others.
The selection process included application evaluation and personal interviews conducted by the programme advisors from the India Fintech Forum.
The India Fintech Forum is a non-profit organisation that provides fintech companies with a platform to collaborate and voice their opinion on the relevant policy issues. Through IFTA, India Fintech Forum aims to celebrate and recognise the best innovations from fintech companies globally.
Out of the 18 shortlisted startups, 9 are registered in India. Here is a list of the Indian startups that got selected.

Other companies shortlisted for IFTA 2019 include Singapore-based Active.Ai and CredoLab, US-based Lokyata, Vested Finance and Vymo, Hungary based Partnerhub, Australia-based Valocity Global, France-based Neener Analytics and Israel based Rewire. The winner of IFTA award will get an opportunity to be a part of Paris Fintech Forum 2020.
Previous winners include Capital Float, ZestMoney and Oz Forensics. In 2019, Capital Float is backed by investors like Ribbit Capital, SAIF Partners, Triodos Investment,Sequoia India and Creation Investments.
