Early stage investor BITKRAFT Ventures, which counts Indian gaming startups StockGro and LILA Games among its portfolio companies, has roped in tech and gaming industry veteran Anuj Tandon as a partner.
The San Francisco-based investment firm has made this appointment as a part of its effort to expand presence in India.
Tandon confirmed with Inc42 regarding the appointment.
Taking to LinkedIn, he said, “One of the biggest ecosystem gaps in emerging and new markets like India and MENA in gaming and interactive media is lack of a peer network of founders and mentors who push you to become better. BITKRAFT with its deep global expertise in this sector and 100+ portfolio companies and global mentor network and team. I am pretty sure Indian entrepreneurs will benefit immensely with BITKRAFT India presence and localised strategy.”
