Espark-Viridian Is Looking For Early-Stage Or Idea-Stage Startups For Its Accelerator Programme
NCR-based accelerator Espark-Viridian has opened applications for its July 2017 cohort.
Espark-Viridian is a joint venture between Entrepreneurial Spark, a Europe-based dynamic business accelerator for early-stage and growing ventures and Viridian Ventures, a venture catalyst in the startup and SME space. Espark is one of the Europe’s most dynamic business accelerator for early stage and growing ventures which claims to have an 88% success rate.
The Espark-Viridian accelerator is looking to invite early-stage and idea-stage startups and applications are open for all five centres. Espark-Viridian centres are located in Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Greater Noida (NCR), and Mumbai. The team will soon launch a centre in Bengaluru.
Selected startups will also get a chance to attend interactive sessions with experts from various fields including marketing, public relations, business development, operations, UI/UX, design. The programme also looks to mentor startups through webinars on skills such as pitching, business planning, HR management, as well as customer acquisition strategies, etc.
Apart from this, by participating in the acceleration programme entrepreneurs get the opportunity to connect with the 32 current startups working with them currently across India. Apart from this, they will also get a chance to interact with 45 alumni startups who have graduated from their centres, and learn from their experiences.
The Espark-Viridian accelerator was launched in 2015. It offers an accelerator programme of up to 18 months. The programme is sector-agnostic. It also provides infrastructure, and mentoring.
Every participating startup will get an enabler, who will work closely with the startup throughout their journey. The initial 45 days will be focussed on idea validation, during which the startups can carry out the customer, product, and market assessments.
Till date, more than 40 startups have graduated from the Espark Viridian accelerator. This includes startups like Matrubharti, PlayLab, ProBazzar, KleverMind, ParentZap, Accelerate Social Kount, Propel, etc.
