Ecommerce rollup startup UpScalio has acquired a stake in consumer brands including Gizga, Tizum, Aircase, and HomePuff. The brands are category leaders and operate in the next-gen computer, PC and phone accessories, laptop bags, and kitchenware segment respectively.
UpScalio stated these brands have a significant market share in their respective verticals and hold a unique stance as category leaders on Amazon with positive reviews, ratings and recall.
Established by Dinesh Vardhan, Vikram Vardhan and Amit Hingarh some seven years ago, these consumer brands are claimed to be bolstered with a scrupulous procurement system, which have contributed to their steady growth, said the startup in a statement.

To achieve its ambitious goals, the unicorn will focus on expanding the brands’ geographical footprint while also ramping up new product development. It will also plan an eventual B2B foray to unlock new growth avenues for these brands.

Founded by Khan, Gautam Kshatriya and Nitin Agarwal in 2021, UpScalio is a data-driven consumer goods company. It infuses money in ecommerce businesses that sell on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces, and their own websites.

Of late, UpScalio invested an undisclosed sum in home and gardening brand, Truphe aiming to increase the gardening company to INR 50 Cr ARR in the coming one to two years. It informed that it will be working on Truphe’s inventory regionalisation, brand marketing and sourcing to augment the brand.
In late 2021, rollup ecommerce startup infused money in Autofurnish that leads four auto accessories brands–Destorm, Urban Lifestylers, Autofurnish and MotoTrance. It decided to augment these auto brands to an ARR of INR100 Cr.
In the same time period, it made investment in high-end kitchen appliances’ startup, Hestia planning to increase the brand revenue to INR 50 Cr ARR and 10X growth in the coming two to three years. Besides this, it also put money into travel bags startup Polestar, D2C furniture brand Green Soul Ergonomics and footwear brand Trase in the same year.
