DeltaX, a cross-channel digital advertising platform from India, is selected for the 10th Edition of Blackbox Connect Winter 2015 programme. The programme is sponsored by Google for Entrepreneurs and is being held at Silicon Valley.
Founded by Ravi Kabra and Akshay Surve, DeltaX, the only Indian company selected, is part of the third phase shortlist of NASSCOM 10,000 Startups. The other startups represent 15 different countries including Australia, Belgium, Canada, Egypt, France, Ireland, Israel, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Korea, Uganda, the UAE and UK.
Kabra proudly said, “We are extremely delighted to be selected for the programme. We were planning to expand to the US. Hence, this programme will help us in understanding the Silicon Valley culture, work with startups from around the world and learn from their experiences to create a global product.”
“It was a thorough selection process with many rounds of interviews. The initial rounds focused on the business and the traction, but the final rounds laid more emphasis on the team because it is always important to have the right set of people,” he added.
The programme is scheduled from February 9 to February 20, 2015 in Palo Alto in which there will be 15 startups from around the world to win best chance of investment.
The two-week programme will provide opportunity to startups to showcase their business plan and woo top venture capitalists, leading corporate innovation officers, business development professionals and a community of globally minded tech influencers and reporters.

DeltaX leverages Big Data, user behaviour and machine learning algorithms to improve performance across the business funnel. DeltaX enables advertisers in buying, tracking and optimising media across search, social media, mobile and video. The platform supports any currency or time zone, and is available in over 10 languages. It claims that it is building a one-stop platform for digital marketing that will provide real-time optimisation of search, social and display campaigns to give good return on investment (ROI).
