SaaS-focussed accelerator Amplifi has accepted 10 startups in India to join its second cohort for 2016.

With an aim to create a startup ecosystem for B2B SaaS (Business-to-Business Software-as-a-Service) ideas, Amplifi and XIME partnered to set up the Amplifi-XIME B2B SaaS Accelerator at XIME’s Bengaluru campus in December 2015.

Amplifi is a holistic ecosystem for B2B SaaS founded by Sudarshan Narayan (B2B entrepreneur & startup mentor), Amitava Neogi, and Rohinton Bharucha (President & CEO, Patni Family Office).

For the second cohort the applications were closed on August 31, 2016 and about 35 startups were shortlisted based on the form and pitch decks for a face-to-face pitch.

The panel consisted of Amplifi founders, advisors, and mentors from different parts of the world. The panel shortlisted 10 startups from Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and New Delhi.

Amplifi, CEO, Sudarshan Narayan said “We are very excited to work with some really exciting B2B SaaS startups and offer them an opportunity to access mentors and investors from around the world.
